This Fever Bee post expands on the responsibilities of the Community Manager and how he or she might plan their week to get the job done. We don't yet have a full-time Sueetie Community Manager to get into the week planning business, but if we did, this post contains a good list of what the job would curtail.
Specifically, 1) Strategy, 2) Growth, 3) Moderation, 4) Content, 5) Relationships, 6) Events and Activities, 7) Business Integration, and 8) Technology.
Dave is the founder of Sueetie and its Head Ice Cream Dipper. Dave has been building
online applications since 1994 when he installed his first web server while an Assistant
Professor at East Carolina University. He left Academia in 1995 to focus in online
development for business where he worked with both publicly and privately held companies.
Dave lives in Burlington, Vermont where he has worked out of his home office as
