Yo Dave,
i know there's somewhere here answer to my question but just can't find it :)
What Sueetie must do to enable all registred users to add new blog posts and new galeries?

Daniel,
That's not a question with an answer that is easily apparent, which is why you couldn't find it. To allow all registered users to post in BlogEngine.NET, you would go into BlogEngine.NET and modify the permissions of the Registered Users group in "Rights." That should do it.
For Galleries, you would go into Gallery Server Pro Site Administration and use its Role Management settings to enable users to create their own albums in a specific gallery. They wouldn't be creating Galleries as defined by GSP.
