A description of the Sueetie Media Download Report and how to include items for display in the report.
Sueetie Media Download Report
The Sueetie Download Report displays total and individual download statistics for media objects in all Sueetie Community Media Libraries. The Download Report displays total download statistics, downloads by group and application, and individually by file and user. The Download Report link is available in the Sueetie Control Panel Reports area.
Below is a screenshot of the Download Report main page where download totals are displayed. Here you can click on the group or application to filter the downloads accordingly. Clicking on the file will display individual download statistics for that item.
Clicking on the filename displays individual downloads.
You can then click on any user to view all of their download activity.
Tagging Media Items for Inclusion in the Download Report
Gallery Server Pro has been enhanced in the Sueetie Framework so that all downloads are recorded for all files by default. In support of the Download Report, a new GSP administrative menu function has been added to tag media items for inclusion in the report. Here is a screenshot of the new Sueetie "Include in Download" menu item.
