Sueetie Total Care takes all of the responsibility of setting up your community and upgrading to the latest releases of Sueetie out of your hands. We do not physically host your site. There are a number of great host providers who can do that for you. What we do as Total Care Partners is handle all aspects of managing your Sueetie Site so you can focus on managing your community. The keyword in the Total Care Plan is "Partner," where we become partners in each other's success.
Here are the features of our Sueetie Total Care Plan:
- Setup of Your Community Site. Includes all website, database and email setup, along with one administrator user of your chosing.
- Free Sueetie Professional License. Sueetie Total Care includes a full Professional license which will unlock all site features
- Two hours setup assistance. We'll provide two hours of personal help for theming, adding your logo, your welcome message, configuring the site menu, and other customization tasks.
- Reduced development and support rate. Reducing our hourly rate for Total Care Partners is a way of acknowledge the stake we have in each other's success.
- All Site Upgrades. This is huge. Most websites go online but are stuck at whatever version they went live on since upgrades are such a pain. We created Sueetie. We upgrade Sueetie almost constantly. We're happy to upgrade your site, too. If you look at the Sueetie Changelog you'll see that new releases typically occur every two months or less. That means every two-to-three months your site will see new features at no extra price.
Preparing to Partner Up
The Sueetie Total Care Plan is great for companies creating their first Online Community. We know that isn't always the case, so we can help you with migration and other data transfer services. We'll do that at our reduced Total Care Partner fee to help your community get online.
Requirements
We require that your site is hosted on its own Virtual Server or Internally-housed Server. Companies using a shared hosting plan at $14.95 a month aren't really interested in building successful online communities. We will be happy to help you find a good host for your community if you're interested in moving away from a shared hosting environment. We would need Remote Server Access to your site and full administrative access to your SQL database. The server must be running Windows Server 2008 and database SQL Server 2008.
