Description of Sueetie's Invite Only Registration Option

Sueetie Invites give you the ability to limit registration to only those users you invite. Sueetie Invitations can be sent and approved by Site Membership Administrators. To enable Invite Only Registration, select it on the General Settings Administration page.
Invitation Requests
You have the option of allowing users to request a site membership, shown in the screenshot above. If selected the site "Join" link becomes a "Request Invite" link to the Request Invitation form. If not enabled, no "join" or "request invite" link will appear.
Inviting Users for Membership
An "Invite Users" form is located in Sueetie Membership Administration, supporting invitation of new users as well as handling the "Request Invite" function. Users who have requested an invite are displayed in the form dropdown list where you have the option of inviting them or unapproving their membership request.
Site Membership Rules Enforced
Sueetie Site Membership Rules require all Display Names and Email Addresses to be unique. These rules are enforced on all Sueetie Invite forms. If while entering a duplicate display name or email address on an invite form, any duplicates are flagged real-time via a web service.
Invitation Activity Report
An Invitation Activity Report is available in Sueetie Administration Reports listing all invitation activity, with request invite date-times, invite date-times and joined date-times. Date-Time activity not performed, like if the invited member has not yet joined the community, is indicated by dashes.
Invitation Emails
Invitation emails are in text and simply constructed. They are fully localized with resource keys located in the Sueetie.xml file.
